The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Protection of Flora" as a Basis

The bill (Reg. No.4593) amends the effective law, extending the basic objectives of the state supervision and authorities of the specially authorized executive authority bodies in charge of flora preservation. The bill also strengthens liability for infringements upon legislation in this sphere.
